This weekend, Erik and I are heading to Galveston with his family. They have rented a beach house, so meals aren't included. We will probably eat at Shrimp N Stuff for lunch and dinner, but we are on our own for breakfast. Erik will probably eat cereal, but I wanted something different. This made for the perfect opportunity to make a BENTO!! Or two!!!
