Christmas Goodies!!!

Since the snot monster attacked me yesterday (yes, I'm still sick), I didn't get to post my Christmas update!!! Our Christmas began with a trip to Tyler to visit my Dad & Dillon. Please notice the handknit lovelies that got to also enjoy the drive out there. It was really nice to be out there and see everyone. I really wish my Dad lived closer.

Dillon really liked his hat!!! (FO #1) Yay!! Finally something fits! (grin) Did I mention that Erik lost the Thanksgiving bet this year? He had to buy Dillon's Christmas present, a Texas A&M outfit!!!

Saturday evening, Mom took us to a murder mystery dinner at the Gaylord Texan. It was kind of neat. The show was funny, but the food was just OK. Afterwards, we stopped at Walmart to get some milk. On the way out to the car, I broke the heel on my favorite pair of 'fancy shoes'!! I was so sad!!! Heck, I still am!!!

Oh!!! You wanted to see all the goodies!!! Ok....

Of course, there were panties. Robyn and I buy these for each other every year!! We love Victoria Secret's 5 for $25.Erik got a UT neon sign (YUK), Robyn & Ray got some Suicide Girls playing cards, stickers, and tank top. And I got YARN!!!! I already have a plan for this!! This really screamed bias scarf. I figure I will alternate the different colors in some sort of stripe/non-stripey/variagated pattern.
Robyn even got her handknit socks for this year...

And they were actually finished, unlike last year (giggle)!! (FO #2)

The biggest, bestest, coolest of everything....I got a Wii from my Daddy!!!! Yay!!!!!! The only bad thing is that Erik and I have to share the big screen at my house!!! The Wii and the 360 are both hooked up to it. There was not enough room to play with the Wii in the office/study. We still have to move the coffee table in the living room so we can play the games on the Wii Sports disc. Erik even scored me several games for the Wii and the DS. What a sweet, awesome, wonderful boyfriend. I'm sure it doesn't hurt that we both like video games.

BTW - The Wii is soooooo fun to play!!!! Especially with other people!!! It is so worth the $$$$.

Hey Amy & Cat, if you come down to Texas, I'll let you play, too!!!

Oh! You want another really cute picture??? Here is my niece, Layla in her Christmas pjs that her Nana P (my mom) got her!!

Ok. I'm going to go home now and make a mountain of used tissues... Gross, I know. At least it is a slow week at work. I can get away with only 'working' half days.
