It has been over 6 weeks since I called to get my repair refund. Called Xbox today to check on its status. They then told me to wait 1 to 3 MORE WEEKS and then call back if I hadn't received my refund check by then. This is a little fishy, since they had originally told me 4 to 6 weeks. How hard is it to write a check, let alone, print one?!?I just want what was promised, my $$ back. It would be nice if they send my credit card interest too, since they required me to put the original repair amount on a credit card, but I'm not asking for that.
