Last night, I finished my first weaving project. I had thought it would be a scarf for my husband and his black pea coat. Nope. About half way through weaving, it spoke to me. It said it wanted to go to my Mimi instead. Its just too lightweight for the hubby. To cover my amateur selvages, I put a nice crochet edge along the sides.
YARN: Pagosa's Own from Firefly Ranch (50% Cotswold, 50% Alpaca)
WOVEN ON: 7.5dpi Ashford 24" Rigid Heddle Loom
Right now, it is in the dryer (I didn't wash it) for a little fluff before I take it to my Mimi. <3
