Here are my totals for this week!!!
Can I post last weeks, too?? It was only 3 dog sweaters, an afghan square (1 of 3), and a tee-tiny valentine...

The Cursed Sweater has been really eating at me. Do I really want to risk running him off?? LoL I explained my feelings and the curse to him so he would understand. I will probably work on it sporadically, but I will not seam it until I have a ring! LoL
On Thursday, I was feeling better, but still sick. This meant a trip to the yarn store. I decided since Erik wasn't getting another sweater (yet), we was going to get an afghan to replace the ratty, old comforter on his bed. Please don't confuse this with the awesome quilt that his grandmother, grandfather and mother made. The quilt is perfect in the summer, but you really need something more in the winter.
This afghan is of my own design. Something simple and un-girly, like a striped zig-zag pattern inspired by Grumerina's Jaywalkers, mostly green with red and brown stripes. I failed to think that it would be cast on over 301 stitches with double-stranded Plymouth Encore Worsted. It takes me about a half an hour to work one row. [sigh] Such is love!!!
Another project was cast on this week, also! My Dreambaby Socks are meant to solve the portable knitting problem. Meaning, you really can't stuff an afghan in your purse. Yes, I know, acrylic and nylon, what am I thinking? I really like my Sassy Stripes socks and they are acrylic, that's why. Plus, I really like this colorway.
As for Project Spectrum knitting, there was none this week. I know, shame on me.
